SFTL Olympic Trials Qualifier Swim Fort Lauderdale's Dylan Felt qualified for the 2024 USA Swimming Olympic Trials in the 200m free (1:49.10), 800m free (8:07.43) and the 1500m free (15:38.35) at the USA Swimming Futures Championships in Ocala Florida last week. Dylan was 1st in the 200fr, 2nd in the 1500fr, 3rd in the 800fr and 6th in the 400fr...3:57.94. Myles Felt also competed...in the 100fly, 100ba and the 200IM with all best times.

SFTL had an outstanding weekend in Staurt at the FGC Age Group Championships! So many great swims and best times! SFTL took 3rd place overall in the combined scores. 10 & Under Boys took 1st in their age group! 10 & Under Girls took 3rd in their age group! We are so proud of our swimmers... SFTL represented at 2023 FGC Open Water Championships last Saturday morning, April 8th, on the FIU Campus, N. Miami. Congratulations and great swims on the most beautiful early morning for Open Water swimming! Representing SFTL were: D'Ziah German=15-16 girls Kavon Clarke=13-14 boys Alistair Bass=13-+4 boys. This was the Florida Gold Coast Open Water Championships. 175 Swimmers from 10-20 years of age.
